Loren Uthoff joins Rader, Fishman & Grauer

LOREN H. UTHOFF JOINS RADER, FISHMAN & GRAUER IN BLOOMFIELD HILLS AS OF COUNSEL

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan., Loren H. Uthoff has joined the Bloomfield Hills office of Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC, a leading national intellectual property law firm, as an Of Counsel Attorney. Rader, Fishman & Grauer develops strategies for maximizing the value of intellectual assets including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Clients range from multinational corporations to emerging enterprises.

Prior to joining Rader, Fishman & Grauer, Mr. Uthoff was the Associate General Counsel-Intellectual Property at Eaton Corporation. During the course of his career at Eaton, Mr. Uthoff had overall IP responsibility for several of the company’s major divisions including the IP aspects of major acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Uthoff holds a BSME from Purdue University, an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Schoolcraft College and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University. He is admitted to practice in Michigan State and Federal Courts and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
