Justin Cohen joins RFG

Justin Cohen has joined the Bloomfield Hills office of Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC

Bloomfield Hills Mich., December 6, 2007 — Justin S. Cohen has joined the Bloomfield Hills office of Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC, a leading national intellectual property law firm, as an associate. Rader, Fishman & Grauer develops strategies for maximizing the value of intellectual assets including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Clients range from multinational corporations to emerging enterprises.

Prior to joining Rader, Fishman & Grauer, Cohen was with a Michigan intellectual property law firm where he handled patents for companies such as OnStar. He also worked for a tier one automotive supplier, developing engineering and analysis computer systems, including CFD computing clusters used in analyzing HVAC systems.

Cohen is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the Michigan State Bar, Intellectual Property Law Association and American Intellectual Property Law Association.

Cohen holds bachelors of science degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering, both from Kettering University and a juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, an editor of the Wayne Law Review, a member of the Mock Trial Program’s National Trial Team and Order of the Coif, and a recipient of the Silver and Bronze Key awards for academic performance.

Cohen lives in Waterford, Michigan.
